These terms apply to every order placed on this site with KZ.Prods (Kevin Zhou, Montréal).

Services and prices
Professional highlight tape: $75 CAD. Hype video: $75 CAD. Player visual / commitment post: on quote, KZ confirms the price with you before you pay. Prices include everything listed on the site; no taxes are added at this time.
Nothing is charged when you order. You pay in full by card, through Stripe, only once you approve the finished work.

Your footage
You confirm you have the right to send us the clips and photos, and that the people who appear in them agree to their use in the tape.
If the footage is not usable (too short, the player can't be seen), we contact you before starting.

Delivery and changes
After your order, KZ confirms the expected delivery date by email.
KZ sends you the finished work by email, with a private link to watch it. From that page you can request changes with a comment, or approve it.
Standard delivery is 15 business days. Express delivery is 4 business days for an extra $25. Business days count from when KZ has your clips and details.
One round of changes is included. Further rounds are agreed with KZ.
Once you approve and pay, the final files can be downloaded from your private page for 7 days. Save them right away.

Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time before approving the work, at no cost: nothing has been charged. To cancel, write to kevkevzhou@gmail.com.
Once you have approved and paid, the final files are delivered and the order is not refundable, unless the files are defective or don't match what was approved.

Use of the finished work
The finished tape or visual is yours to share and send to coaches, scouts and clubs.
KZ may show it on its Instagram and site only if you accepted this when ordering.
