KZ.Prods (Kevin Zhou, Montréal) makes highlight tapes and player visuals. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect
Your contact details: name, email, phone and Instagram (optional).
The player's profile: name, date of birth, nationality, height, weight, position, team, shirt number, stats, career and achievements.
The video clips, photos and links you send us.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Why we use it
Only to make and deliver the tape or visual you ordered, to contact you about your order, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.
We only show your finished video or visual on our Instagram or site if you said yes when ordering. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Players under 14
If the player is under 14, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and consent to the use of the player's information.

Who helps us run the site
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (file storage), Resend (emails) and Vercel (hosting). These providers may store information outside Québec, including in the United States, under contracts that protect it.

How long we keep it
Earlier versions of the delivered work are deleted as soon as a newer version is sent. The final files are deleted 7 days after payment. Your clips and photos are deleted 90 days after payment.
Orders that are never approved or paid, with no activity for 6 months, are deleted with their files.
Basic order details (name, date, amount) are kept as long as tax law requires.

Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your language and your form draft in your own browser, and uses one essential cookie for KZ's private studio.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to kevkevzhou@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
